You may cancel an order at any time after purchase. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee before the return credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please refer to our Returns policy found below.
Orders that are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be subject to all of the applicable fees including restocking and return shipping costs.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect item, etc.). If the products have been installed OR modified in any way, returns within the 30 day window are void. All returns are subject to a 30% restock fees
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A CORRESPONDING RMA SHEET IN ORDER TO BE ACCEPTED
All custom ordered parts require full payment prior to being booked for manufacturing. Because of the nature of custom order parts, they are not eligible for return. NO EXCEPTIONS
Core Return Policy
Core returns must be shipped back to Iroz Motorsport within 30-days of being received in order to receive a full refund. If the item has not been returned within that time frame, any core return will be forfeited. Cores may still be accepted but at a reduced core charge amount, and is solely at the discretion of Iroz Motorsport. Providing tracking for the shipment within the 30-day timeframe will be sufficient, provided there is movement on that shipment prior to the end of the 30-day window. Iroz Motorsport may refuse a core return if the item is not received in a workable condition, does not contain all necessary parts or has been modified. ALL CORE RETURNS MUST HAVE A CORRESPONDING RMA SHEET IN ORDER TO BE ACCEPTED

Before shipping any items for repair or warranty work, please fill out the below sheet and include the RMA number, which will be provided by an Iroz Motorsport representative. You may reach out via email at [email protected] and please make the email subject “RMA Request”.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, with the exception of PO boxes. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. All duties and taxes in the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser. All shipments will be valued at fair market value on any import/export documentation in order to adhere to all international trade regulations. Shipments will not be devalued in order to pay lower duty and taxes.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Report Lost and/or Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged item in shipping the following steps need to be taken:
- Take Pictures of box and item, including shipping label
- Report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Contact your local UPS office to submit a claim
If you have received tracking for a shipment but it doesn’t show updates, please follow the following steps:
- Give it 48 hours to see if the delivery gets rescheduled for the next day
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery. Some carriers will leave notice if delivery was not successful.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery.
- Contact neighbors (misdelivery is very common)
- Contact the carrier to start a claim
The good news is that all shipments are insured with UPS on behalf of our customers. If you are reporting a damaged delivery, we are sorry, but unfortunately on rare occasion it does happen. We carefully package every shipment, but, unfortunately, Iroz Motorsport has no control over your shipment once it is received by the SHIPPER, and only the SHIPPER decides on your claim.
